Hello and a warm welcome to my site. My name is Terry located in the town of Castleford which is in the county of West Yorkshire England, i have been a swl for 55 years now, yes i know a long time but i love every bit of it.

Just a few words more
From the above you will have gathered i have a keen interest in the decoding of the many digital modes that are transmited on the various Ham bands.
As well as being a keen swl on the Ham bands i also have a very deep interest in airband radio both vhf and hf this includes the decoding of ACARS digital data using the mode of AM on the vhf airbands.
Over the years i have sampled and used many data mode decoding software suites and utilities.
The main software in use now is DX-Buddy by Wolfgang DL7NB and Multipsk by Patrick F6CTE - i hope to bring you all more detail on these two superb programs in due course.

and the Kenwood TS-570 DGE.
